Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the chef. Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times. Handle washing, chopping, and portioning of ingredients. Lead the preparation and cooking of Mala Xiang Guo and Mala Tang with consistency and quality. Manage kitchen workflow and ensure all dishes meet brand standards. Maintain ingredient freshness and minimise wastage. Train and guide kitchen assistants. Prior experience in Chinese cuisine or hawker setting preferred. 负责麻辣香锅与麻辣烫的烹饪工作，确保出品质量稳定，管理厨房流程，监督食材新鲜度并减少浪费，指导厨房助手，具备中式料理或小贩中心工作经验者优先考虑。
Greet customers warmly and process orders accurately. Handle cash and digital payments efficiently. Maintain a clean and welcoming counter at all times. Assist with takeaway packing when needed. Basic knowledge of POS system preferred. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin is an advantage. 热情接待顾客，准确处理点单与收款，熟练操作现金及电子支付，保持收银台整洁，协助外卖打包，具备基本收银系统操作经验，能以英语及普通话沟通者优先。
